Criterion For God’s Bliss
Many a times we wander and question ourselves – Do I have the grace of God? Is Shri Maharaj ji listening to my prayers? If He is bestowing grace on us, then by what fraction? There is only one parameter to judge it- ‘The Introspection’. In my opinion, one’s own assessment is the parameter. Question yourself! How much my mind is attached to satsang or chants God’s name? How much keenness I have to attain God? How much detached I am to the material world? How frequent do I think of Hari and Guru? What is the intensity of my longingness towards spiritual realm? Whose intense inclination is towards Hari and Guru, is the only person really blessed. Someone sitting in front of the Guru and even listening to His words but keeps his mind involved to the vagaries of the material world, will never be benefited by the grace of Guru. He resembles to the state of the other half of the planet, not facing the sun. He is himself guilty for not receiving the ceaseless grace. His own intellect rather than ever graceful Guru is responsible for it.
